Production Time

Every shirt is printed on demand just for you — we don't mass-produce or hold inventory. This means:

Production time: 3-5 business days
Each item is inspected before shipping

Shipping Times (United States)

Standard shipping: 5-7 business days after production
Total estimated delivery: 8-12 business days from order date

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: $4.95 flat rate per order
Free shipping on orders over $50 (automatically applied — no code needed)
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your order ships. Track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and order size.

Processing & Shipping Days

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Incorrect Address

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, check with household members and neighbors, check around your property, contact the shipping carrier directly, then contact us at support@groundworkfaith.com.
