Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

Every shirt is printed on demand just for you. Production takes 3-5 business days, and shipping takes an additional 5-7 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 8-12 business days of placing it.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is a flat $4.95 per order within the United States. Orders over $50 ship free — no code needed.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to Canada, the UK, and Australia — stay tuned.

Where is my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days, contact us at support@groundworkfaith.com.

Sizing & Fit

How do your shirts fit?

Our shirts have a relaxed, unisex fit — true to size. If you prefer a more fitted look, size down. If you prefer an oversized look, size up. All shirts are pre-shrunk, so they won't shrink significantly in the wash.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer sizes S through 4XL on most designs. Check the size chart for specific measurements.

What colors are available?

Most designs are available in 7-11 colors, including White, Black, Heather Gray, Navy, Sand, Athletic Heather, and more. See each product page for available colors.

Product & Quality

What material are your shirts made of?

Our shirts are made from 6.1 oz/yd² pre-shrunk 100% ring-spun US cotton. Heather colors are a cotton/polyester blend. All shirts are heavyweight, durable, and incredibly soft.

How should I wash my shirt?

Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean.

Will the print fade or crack?

Our DTG (direct-to-garment) printing produces vibrant, long-lasting designs. With proper care, your print will look great for years. Wash inside-out and avoid high heat to maximize longevity.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Because each shirt is printed on demand specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for size or color preferences — so please check the size chart before ordering!

How do I start a return?

Email support@groundworkfaith.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send you a return label and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.

About the Brand

What does "Groundwork Faith" mean?

Faith isn't a Sunday thing — it's the groundwork of everything. It's the foundation you stand on when life gets shaky. Our name comes from 1 Corinthians 16:13: "Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong."

Are you a Christian company?

Yes. Groundwork Faith and Company is a faith-driven brand. We believe in Jesus Christ, and we believe what you wear should reflect what you believe — every day, not just on Sundays.

Do you give to charity?

We're in the process of establishing a partnership with a faith-based charity. As we grow, a portion of every sale will go toward supporting Christian ministries and communities in need. Stay tuned for updates.
