We want you to love your shirt. If there's a problem, we'll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges (30 Days)

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for:

Defective items (print errors, fabric defects)
Damaged items (arrived torn, stained, or unwearable)
Incorrect items (wrong size, color, or design shipped)

Because every shirt is printed on demand specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for:

Wrong size selected (please check our size chart before ordering)
Wrong color selected (please review all color options before ordering)
Change of mind

How to Start a Return

Email support@groundworkfaith.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo (if applicable)
We'll review your request within 1-2 business days
If approved, we'll send you a return shipping label via email
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or credit card company (typically 3-7 business days).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the original.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them (before production begins). After 24 hours, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled. Contact support@groundworkfaith.com immediately if you need to cancel.
